Platform Rules

  1. Every new evaluator needs to deposit $30 to activate the account.
  2. Evaluator must ensure all Property lots have been successfully uploaded to the database before requesting redemption or account closure; otherwise, the request will be considered invalid.
  3. Each phone number may only be used to register one account. If duplicate use of the same number is detected by the system, the platform reserves the right to unilaterally freeze the account and permanently prohibit the account holder from working on the platform.
  4. Evaluator must take responsibility for the confidentiality of their platform account and password. The platform will not compensate for any losses caused by Evaluator's negligence.
  5. All Property lots are automatically matched to the evaluator's account activity recorded by the system and distributed randomly to qualifying accounts, ensuring fairness and reasonable commission remuneration according to merchant conditions.
  6. To ensure fairness and equality among merchants, the platform randomly distributes Property lots from 28 different merchants to each evaluator.
  7. The platform will give different commissions according to membership: general products (0.8%–2.5%), latest products (16%–50%).
  8. Evaluator must confirm the deposit address with Customer Support each time they deposit to avoid loss. The platform will not be responsible for such losses.
  9. Once an account is frozen, the merchant will decide eligibility for unfreezing.
  10. Before evaluating Property lots, an account must have a minimum deposit of $50. After completion, redemption is allowed once per day.
  11. Products are allocated according to membership, with 28–40 products per evaluator.
  12. Evaluator must reconfirm redemption information with Customer Support after submission and will receive payment the same day upon approval.
  13. All current redemption requests will be cancelled when an evaluator receives the Newcomer's Reward.
  14. Failure to complete evaluation on time without valid reason allows the platform to take measures including freezing the account or legal action.
  15. Any attempt to disrupt the platform’s operation will result in legal action and claims for damages.
  16. The platform will conduct identity verification per anti-money laundering and anti-terrorism laws. Evaluators must comply with all relevant laws.
  17. Applying for an extension may affect your account’s reputation points.
  18. Evaluator must provide accurate personal and bank information for redemption. False information will result in permanent account freezing.
  19. If compliant information or verification is not provided in time, redemption requests will be rejected.
  20. Evaluators may submit complaints or suggestions via Customer Support; the platform will respond within a reasonable time.
  21. The platform will protect all evaluator information per its Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
  22. The platform reserves the right to update these rules, with prior notification to evaluators via announcements and email.
